An ideal villa for a group of friends or family. Located in a privileged setting (among the vineyards and next to the river), it had all the amenities and was very clean and well-equipped. This villa and its location are magnificent. Surrounded by vineyards and right next to the river, it’s so serene! Abundant nature all around. The villa itself is perfect for a group, with a large dining\/living room and outdoor relaxation area. The pool is perfect, even though we didn’t use it much (cold weather). The location requires a car, but otherwise, it’s super easy to access vineyards and nearby places like Saint-\u00c9milion. Libourne is the closest town with supermarkets\/bakeries a 10-15 minute drive away. Noella is a wonderful host and was very helpful and responsive. We took the Ch\u00e2teau La Gaffeli\u00e8re tour, which was one of my favorite moments of our stay, led by Noella. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We had a fantastic time at No\u00eblla’s. It was perfect for a group holiday, and the ch\u00e2teau was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. No\u00eblla is so friendly and provided many recommendations. She organized a wine tour of the La Gaffeli\u00e8re estate that we loved \u2013 I highly recommend it! <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We had a wonderful stay in the August heat \u2013 fortunately, the pool kept us cool, and we enjoyed evening barbecues. The region is beautiful, and we rented bikes to tour the many local ch\u00e2teaux and to reach Saint-\u00c9milion in about 25 minutes. Our host was wonderful \u2013 thank you, Noella, especially for the complimentary tour and tasting at La Gaffeli\u00e8re. We were a group of friends with a young child, and our host set up the crib before our arrival. The only drawback was the noisy church bells across the road at 7 AM every morning, which certainly surprised us on the first day! <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Highly recommended for a carefree holiday. A spacious luxury villa with every amenity, but above all, its tranquil location bordering a superb golf course makes it truly exceptional. An ideal starting point for enjoyable excursions to Bergerac, Bordeaux, Saint-\u00c9milion, various local markets, and the many vineyards. No\u00eblla is the ideal host: friendly, professional, and quick to respond to inquiries. The offer of a visit to their vineyard is definitely worthwhile. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A quiet and private setting outside Libourne. A car is essential to enjoy the region and allow for many trips to the bakery! We didn’t visit any local restaurants, opting instead to use the barbecue and the large kitchen, but we enjoyed several trips to Saint-\u00c9milion, Bordeaux, and even as far as San Sebasti\u00e1n. As a family of 5 plus 2, we found everything we needed in the villa, with plenty of space and exactly as pictured in the listing. A wonderful stay with No\u00eblla readily available to answer all our questions. The entire property is at your disposal. I highly recommend it. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The estate tour is an absolute must, perfectly complementing your stay. From start to finish, Noella’s communication was absolutely impeccable, demonstrating remarkable flexibility to accommodate their unusual arrival times.
